The album “Raised On Porn” by Madeline Rosene has been inspired by the idea of self discovery, the struggle of preserving one’s individual authenticity, and honesty.

The album does not involve only on one type of experimentation. It is a musical journey just like emotional reactions that is varied. I am sure you will agree with me when you listen to the songs in the album. Some of my most favorite songs from the album are Late, Numb, Talking To Myself, 19th One Night Stand.

The song “Raised On Porn” talks about the experience of fighting through fakeness and one’s search for the truth. It is also about being overtly exposed to sexual themes at a very early stage in life, anxiety, and pursuit of fame.

Again, if you listen to the song “19th One Night Stand”, you will find that it is way different from “Raised On Porn” as in this song the singer talks about how humans sometimes are subjected to exploitation without one’s even realizing it.

These are just the two songs that I have talked about here. But in general, there are a lot of themes that the album explores such as lack of one’s knowledge about oneself and the struggle that one has to go through for it.

Apart from the themes and the lyrics, the artist here has taken a softer approach, which is very soothing and nice. I feel in this album the artist has revealed how her work has matured over the years.

The song is already out on some of the most popular platforms such as YouTube and Spotify.
