The song “Nothing in the World Feels Better” by the Whole Damn Mess is a timeless song crafted with power packed punch and unbridled energy. I could not agree more with Don Miggs (member of the band) when he says, “as crazy as the world may be, the moment feels totally right for Whole Damn Mess and their undeniable energy”.

The song itself is proof of the collaborative song writing style, the artistic connection, and collective years of experience of the artists that make their project work stand out. “Nothing in the World Feels Better” is their latest work and is already out on major music platforms. The iconic highlight of this work is the project also features collaborative work with Grammy-nominated engineer Mark Needham [he is also associated with popular works like The Killers and Imagine Dragons to name a few]. You could easily notice his work if you pay attention to the track and notice how the propulsive beat glides underneath warm guitars before the listener’s attention is taken away by a hypnotic chant that takes hold of you with a poignant message to think over.

The genre has been done justice. Just as Rock n Roll causes physical response, the Whole Damn Mess provokes a primal reaction as they begin their saga of tried-and-true experimentation that they have decided to take on from this year 2021 onwards after having canvassed country-side iconic acts and released fan favorite projects for a very long time.

“It’s really just guitars, bass, drums, and lots of singing,” exclaims Todd. “Simple, but hard to do well. We’re writing new music that sounds like the heyday of guitar-based bands with a ton of vocals”. The music video is also a must watch.
