Initially when you start listening to the song, some of you, especially if you are fan or follow Maroon 5, it is bound that you would mistake TOMER’s work being similar to Adam Lambert’s “Animal”. However, with the progress of the track, I realized it was a different song altogether with a different meaning.
TOMER’s Superman does not have the cannibalism as portrayed in Adam Lambert’s. The story plot has been kept simple and sweet as possible just like the singer’s pledge “when the sun goes down…I act like a different man…. I’m Superman”. This about a man’s desire to become a superman for that one special girl.
Speaking of TOMER’s single release “Superman” , the song represents an upbeat song that has got an incredible sound reminding us of old pop-indie music and the chill vibes. The instrumental parts are worth noting down as it brings out characteristics of being clear, cherishable, and hopeful.
